SnapStats is operated independently, so email is the main support channel. Clear messages are easier to resolve when they include the page or screen you were using, the action you expected, what happened instead, and whether you were signed in when the issue occurred.

What we can help with

Account support — sign-in issues, username changes, email updates, and password resets.

Data corrections

If a score, player label, team page, or stat appears incorrect, include the team, player, season, week, and page URL if possible. SnapStats organizes available football data and may show incomplete or delayed records when source data is missing, cached, or updated after publication.

Response expectations

Support messages are reviewed as time allows. Security, privacy, account deletion, and legal requests should include enough detail to identify the affected account or page. Do not send passwords, payment information, or private league credentials by email.

If you are reporting a display problem on the public site, mention your browser, device type, and whether the issue happens before or after pressing Enter SnapStats. That helps separate public-page routing issues from in-app account or data issues.
